TOC sites for 2009 due,  Pokegema only one at this time, TIP presentation

SPORT SHOW HELP NEEDED, bylaw proposal for change in TOC date to Aug.

YOUTH REPORT :

 

casting for kids is at CABELA’S date  TBD  (March 29 or April 5), youth tournaments  - TBD

Youth meeting at the casting for kid’s event, state youth state in Crosby at Serpent Lake mid June

 

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR REPORT:

Chetek tournament in Wis. Is off , there is a 50/60 boat tournament there, we will be picking new lakes at next meeting,  Waconia is off due to the number of tournaments there we voted to do two (1) day tournaments

On tonka instead two different ramps, lodging tabled for the 2008 TOC

 

OLD BUSINESS :

Talked about capping new members – motion made and passed to cap at 29 full members

 

talk about boaters/non-boaters trying to get the non-boater to take there time at the controls to make our club better 

Talk about the dues – will remain the same this year

 

$150 full member, $125 for 1st year, $100 full member w/o state fed., $30 / $10 per tournament associate member

 

Talked about dropping a tournament of standings – motion was made and passed to drop one tournament

 

 Lake nominations for tournaments – May 17 and 18, Chetek chain, WIS., June 21 and 22, Koronis and Green Lakes

July 26 and 27 Waconia and Minnetonka Lakes, AUG. 16 AND 17, LAKES  2009 STATE WATER

 

 Incentives for club meetings and events – Rich drafted up a model, motion made and passed – starts next meeting

 

Talked about the club proposal of the TOC for 2009 on Pokegama Lake

TOC committee – Rich Lindgren, Sport Smith, Art Brennhofer, John Atkins, David Larsen

(we will need people to work the event)

 

NEW BUSINESS:

Voted and passed the following  on open TOC spots   1-10 club members  1 open  + 1 alt., 11-20 members

2 open  + 1 alt.,  21-29 members 3 open + 1 alt.
